The DoubleTree Suites - Conference Center is located close to the intersection of Butterfield Road and I-355.
Parking is available on all three sides of the building with the largest lot located behind the hotel off of Birchwood Pl.
Join us as we honor the invaluable contributions of our tutors, the inspiring achievements of our adult learners, and the support of all who make our mission possible.
Let’s come together to celebrate our shared commitment to empowering our community through literacy.

This free event is open to anyone who has participated in our program from July 1, 2025, to the present in any of the following roles:
- learners in our one-to-one tutoring program
- tutors and conversation group facilitators
- volunteers
- staff
Learner–tutor pairs are welcome to attend together, or individuals may attend separately.
You’re welcome to attend the entire event or stop by anytime between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
Walk-ins are welcome, but we kindly ask that you RSVP by April 17 to help us ensure we have enough food for everyone.
Guests will enjoy a continental breakfast including breakfast pastries, yogurt and granola, seasonal fruit, sandwiches, juice, coffee, and water.
