Tutor - just completed tutor training: I just graduated from Tutor Training and I’m excited to get started as a Literacy DuPage tutor! I’m looking forward to helping an adult learner build skills and work toward their goals. If you’ve ever thought about volunteering, join me! There are adult learners waiting for a tutor, and you can make a real difference.
Experienced Tutor: I’ve been a Literacy DuPage tutor for [X] years, and I’m proud to be part of an organization that helps adults build skills for work, family, and everyday life. There are currently 60+ learners waiting for a tutor. Join me and help someone take the next step toward their goals!
Volunteer: I’m proud to be a Literacy DuPage volunteer, using my skills and time to help adults in our community reach their goals. Whether you tutor, help with events, support the office, or lend your expertise, there’s a way to make a difference. Join me and become part of Literacy DuPage!
REMINDER - Protect learner privacy.
Do not post or share learner names, photos, videos, or identifying information unless you have verified that Literacy DuPage has a current signed consent/release form on file. A learner's verbal permission is not sufficient approval.
Want to share more of your tutoring journey or highlight your learner's success? We'd love to help!
Tutors can request to be featured in a Tutor & Volunteer Spotlight, and learners who are interested in sharing their experiences can participate in an interview conducted by Literacy DuPage staff. We will make sure the appropriate consent and content release forms are completed before any story, photo, or identifying information is shared. Please contact Marketing@LiteracyDuPage.org, we would love to meet with you!
